Every item in our shop has current production times listed within the description. These dates are an accurate time frame for when to expect your order to be shipped by, based on the day you purchase. The shipping speed depends on the option you select during checkout. A shipping email confirmation will be sent when your order has shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the tracking link provided.
Yes! You can choose in-store pickup at checkout. You'll be asked to choose a pick-up time when your order is complete.

For the most accurate size, visit our studio. If you're unable to visit we recommend purchasing a ring sizers in your desired width. These sizers are the same that we use in-house and are sent with instructions on how to determine your measurement.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you don't see your ring size available. We can certainly accommodate most sizes as a custom order. Please note that any ring purchased outside of our sizes offered in the drop-down will be considered custom, and final sale.
Appraisals are available for $150. They are conducted by our Gemologist Lauren. Let us know if you would like your ring appraised as this service will add 5 business days to your timeline.

We’re committed to using recycled metals from legitimate sources. The only metal we are unable to verify as recycled, is that which is used in our chains.
Yes, all Valerie Madison pieces exclusively use solid gold. Products are never dipped, plated, or filled. All components including chains, earring posts and backs are solid gold.
Yes, we do accept custom orders for engagement rings only. We currently offer diamonds and sapphires as center stones and require a procurement fee to begin sourcing a stone. To start the custom process, please fill out our questionnaire.
Our custom orders start at $2,500-$3,500. To inquire about a certain design or stone, please contact us.
We require 6-8 weeks in production once your stone is sourced. Depending on how complex of a gem search your project requires, custom orders are best to start at least 3 months in advance.
We offer limited heirloom reworks with client provided diamonds. We are unable to use client provided metals or stones outside of diamonds at this time.
