We're on the lookout for a Client Support Specialist to join our Sales Team in Seattle. If you're detail oriented, Have experience in customer service, and love helping people find the piece that speaks to them, this could be your perfect fit.To sparkle in this role, you'll bring:

•  1-2 years in luxury retail or customer service
•  Excellent communication & people skills
•  A genuine love for fine jewelry
•  Attention to detail & eagerness to learn
•  Flexibility to work Saturdays & evenings

Physical requirements

• This role requires standing and walking for extended periods
• Regular use of hands and fine motor skills to handle delicate jewelry
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 lbs
• This role requires in person work at our Seattle store location

Compensation and benefits

• $27 to $30 per hour depending on experience
• Opportunity for sales bonuses tied to performance
• 10 days PTO to start, prorated in year one
