What materials/ metals are used in your engagement rings and wedding bands?
Valerie Madison prioritizes the use of recycled gold whenever possible.
Additionally, our commitment to ethical practices extends to our diamonds and gemstones, which are both conflict-free and sourced through fair trade. Our diamonds adhere to the Kimberley Process. Rather than engaging in bulk procurement and production, we meticulously choose honest and ethical stones from suppliers on an individual basis.
Jewelry Care & Warranty
How do I take care of my jewelry?
It is a good habit to remove all jewelry before sleeping, exercising, showering, gardening, heavy lifting, swimming, etc. Put your jewelry on after bathing, spraying perfumes, hairsprays, or lotions and cosmetics. Avoid chemical cleaners, abrasive polishing agents, and chlorine. A combination of mild soap, warm water, and a soft toothbrush may be used for cleaning. Refrain from using chemical jewelry cleaners outside of the products we've personally tested and recommend. A detailed jewelry care sheet can be found here.
Do you offer a product warranty?
We do! Our warranty program covers polishing, setting repair, accent stone replacement, chain/clasp repairs, and re-welding. Detailed information on our warranty can be found here.

Most of our wedding band styles are made to order in your specific ring size and require up to 4 weeks for creation. For quicker turnaround times, you are always welcome to get in touch with us to see if we might have your exact size in stock.
Our unique and one-of-a-kind engagement rings are in-stock and ready to ship immediately (unless resizing is required). We can resize most of our engagement rings and the size range will be displayed above. If your size is not available, contact us for a custom order to make something just for you, to your exact preferences.
