Purchases placed 11/22/21-12/31/21 are eligible for returns/exchanges through 1/15/21
When you place an order, you agree to the following policies:
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery or in-store pick-up.
- Any changes to orders after 48 hours will be subject to a $50 change fee.
- Regardless of time since an order was placed, cancelled and refunded orders will be subject to a 3% cancelled order fee due to our credit card processor not refunding us for cancelled orders.
- $150 restocking fee applies to returns made for all Made-to-Order engagement rings and Diamond Bands. Custom orders are not eligible for cancellation, return or, exchange.
- Resizings may incur a fee.
- Items ineligible for returns/exchanges include: resized rings, custom designed jewelry, platinum rings, moissanite rings made in 18K and personalized jewelry.
- There is no restocking fee for exchanges for styles outside of the outlined above.
- Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered will not be accepted for return. This includes One-of-a-kind Engagement Rings.
- Please contact us to confirm your order is eligible for return and to initiate the return process. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and we recommend FedEx. Only after discussing your return with us, please ship your item(s) in the original packaging to:

- We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet our return policy guidelines.
- A refund will be issued when the item is received in its original, unworn condition.

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS AND ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE (excluding holiday sales) ARE FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges are available on these items. Additionally, international orders and items purchased with store credit are FINAL SALE and ineligible for a refund/exchange.
Gift Cards and E-Gift Card are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable.
