It’s Virgo season! Which means that the September birthstone of Sapphire is the perfect fit for this month as it is as diverse as the many personalities that Virgos encompass. Traditionally known to be a deep blue color, sapphires come in an array of colors from green, pink, teal, yellow, pink, and even purple. Sapphires represent nobility, truth, sincerity and faithfulness. Throughout history, sapphires have also been attributed to protect their owners from harm or envy, as well as symbolize heaven or heavenly blessings.
Although this gemstone has been popular for engagement rings within royalty and romance culture for centuries, it has definitely seen a comeback as of late. We have a hard time keeping sapphires (especially peach and teal colors) in stock since someone usually falls in love with it quickly and wants to make the gemstone their own in their own custom ring.
